How to turn on CLI trace to collect backup issues

This article will let you know how to enable a trace to collect CLI backup files

 
  1. Navigate to cd $OWAREAPPS/installprops/lib directory
  2. Edit installed.properties file
    1. At bottom of a file, insert oware.ezmediation.enable.debug=true 
    2. At bottom of a file, insert oware.ezmediation.enable.packet.level.trace=true
  3. Save installed.properties file
  4. Restart application server
  5. Repeat backup of the device in CruzOC
  6. Navigate to cd $OWARE_ROOT/temp directory
  7. Please send us CLI file located in the directory
