Change Suspended State to Normal

When a license expires, the system is designed to suspend all devices.

Change Device Status

Go to Resources > Manage Resources >

Select the first device.

Click on the right arrow at the bottom of the portal and locate the last device.

Hold down the shift key and click on last device.

This will select all devices (should be green).

Right-click on the Green Area > Select Manage > Change Management > Normal

Resync the devices:

Right-click on the Green Area > Select Resync
