How to turn on CLI trace to collect backup issues
This article will let you know how to enable a trace to collect CLI backup files
-
Navigate to cd $OWAREAPPS/installprops/lib directory
-
Edit installed.properties file
-
At bottom of a file, insert oware.ezmediation.enable.debug=true
-
At bottom of a file, insert oware.ezmediation.enable.packet.level.trace=true
-
-
Save installed.properties file
-
Restart application server
-
Repeat backup of the device in CruzOC
-
Navigate to cd $OWARE_ROOT/temp directory

Please send us CLI file located in the directory
