GetLogs Command
The getlogs command zips up all the system log files to be submitted to support for review on your reported issue.
Generating GetLogs Command
Create a logs.jar file with the getlogs command:
For Windows OS: bring up command windows and type in oware <ENTER> and for Linux OS: bring up console and type in . /etc/.dsienv <ENTER>
type in getlogs <ENTER>
This will generate logs.jar file
