ServiceNow Integration and Automation

This recording is from a collaborative meeting between Dorado and the Dell Solution center. The session is an informal Q&A for the set up and configuration of the Automation rule and Actions that allow Alarm / Events in Cruz to be sent to ServiceNow.

NOTE: The ServiceNow Automation Rule  and Actions shown in this demo may not be included in the Cruz Package. You may download an example Automation Rule and Actions at this link or contact Dorado and request them at sales@doradosoftware.com.

Import the Action first and then the Sample Rule. After Import search for "ServiceNow" to locate the imported items.
