Dorado offers Installation/Upgrade Services for Single Server, Distributed, and High Availability Deployments
This article describes the standard installation/upgrade options that Dorado provides. Please contact your account manager or sales@doradosoftware.com for SKUs, part numbers, and pricing.

Installation – Single Server
Installation of Cruz software on a single server and if applicable, initialization of the Cruz OVA after import to the VMware host.
Software installation only. (Service does not include device onboarding or software configuration.)
Pre-installation sizing is required and prerequisites must be in place before starting the installation service.

Installation – Distributed
Installation of Cruz software in a distributed deployment. Includes up to 4 distributed servers (1 Database, 1 Mediation Server, 1 App Server, and 1 Web Server).
Software installation only. (This service does not include device onboarding or software configuration.)
Pre-installation sizing is required and prerequisites must be in place before starting the installation service.

Installation – High Availability
Installation of Cruz software in a high availability deployment. Includes up to 9 server installations (2-3 Database, 4 Mediation Servers, 2 App/Web servers).
Software installation only. (This service does not include device onboarding or software configuration.)
Pre-installation sizing is required and prerequisites must be in place before starting the installation service.

Upgrade - Single Server
Upgrade to latest Cruz software single server includes upgrading server to latest version of application. NOTE: the upgrade only includes 1 upgrade path
Prerequisites: Latest application needs to be downloaded
Estimate: From 2 hours to many hours depending on size of database
